  1. Grind 1 tablespoon fenugreek (methi) seeds and 1 tablespoon dried licorice root into a fine powder.

  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of coconut oil in a pan over low heat.

  3. Add the fenugreek and licorice paste to the coconut oil, along with 1 tablespoon of curry leaves and 1 tablespoon of hibiscus flowers.

  4. Stir the mixture and let it simmer for a few minutes.

  5. Turn off the stow and allow the mixture to cool down.

  6. Strain the mixture well and add 1 tablespoon amla (Indian gooseberry) oil and 2-3 drops of rosemary essential oil to the solution.
