Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

Cancellation requests can be raised before dispatch. Once an order has been packed, shipped, or handed to the courier, cancellation may not be possible.

After Dispatch

• Shipped orders may need to be handled through return or exchange flow after delivery.
• Prepaid cancellation refunds are processed to the original payment method after approval.
• Vediclane may cancel orders due to stock issues, payment risk, incorrect information, or serviceability limits.
