You may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days after the order is marked delivered. Contact support@vediclane.com before sending any item back so that we can confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

Eligibility And Exceptions

Products are eligible for return only when they are unused, undamaged, and sent back with original packaging and included accessories.

Used, altered, personalized, or damaged-after-delivery items are not eligible. An opened hygiene seal may make a wearable non-returnable where that restriction was disclosed on the product page before purchase. These exclusions do not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

How To Request A Return

• Email support@vediclane.com with your order number, the item, and the reason for return.
• For a damaged, wrong, or incomplete delivery, include clear photos or video where available. Missing media will not automatically remove any statutory right.
• After approval, send the item to the return address provided by support. The standard return location is Herbozon Inc, Shop Number 1, Ram Nagar, Ambala Cantt Station, 2-G, Near Ekta Vihar, Ambala, Haryana 133001, India.

Shipping Costs And Refund Processing

• For a wrong, damaged, defective, or incomplete item confirmed by us, Vediclane pays reasonable return shipping and refunds the product and standard outbound shipping charges.
• For a change-of-mind or fit return, the customer pays return shipping. Original shipping, cash handling, gift wrapping, and convenience charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
• After the returned item passes inspection, we initiate the refund within 7 business days. Banks and payment providers may take an additional 5–10 business days to post it.
• Prepaid refunds go to the original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, support will request bank or UPI details through an authorized channel.
• Vediclane does not charge a restocking fee. Customers remain responsible for return shipping on eligible change-of-mind or fit returns as stated above.

Exchanges And Product-Specific Replacement Cover

Approved exchanges depend on stock availability. If a replacement is unavailable, an eligible refund will be offered.

The Dhanyog Bracelet includes one product-specific replacement request within six months of delivery, subject to the terms shown on its product page. The current handling and shipping charge is ₹100. This additional cover does not reduce the general return rights described above.
