We ship across serviceable pin codes in India through courier partners. Serviceability may vary by product, location, and courier availability.

Standard delivery costs ₹99 when the eligible cart item total is below ₹299. Standard delivery is free when the eligible cart item total is ₹299 or more. Any additional charge is displayed before payment.

Processing And Delivery Times

• The daily order cutoff is 12:00 PM India Standard Time (IST, UTC+5:30), Monday to Saturday. Orders confirmed after the cutoff enter processing on the next business day.
• Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation and inventory checks.
• Standard delivery normally takes 3–7 business days after dispatch for serviceable Indian pin codes.
• Courier delays, weather, festivals, strikes, remote locations, or an incorrect address can extend these estimates. We will provide updated information when a material delay is known.
• Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details.

Tracking And Delivery Problems

• Tracking details are sent after dispatch and may take up to 24 hours to show the first courier scan.
• If tracking is not updating or an order is marked delivered but was not received, email support@vediclane.com with the order number.
• Vediclane is owned and operated by Herbozon Inc, which remains responsible for customer support and eligible remedies even when a third-party courier is used.
