Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 calendar days after delivery unless a longer product-specific replacement period is clearly stated before purchase.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned with original packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories where applicable.

How To Request

• Email support@vediclane.com with your order number, reason for the request, and the item concerned.
• Attach clear photos or video where available if the item arrived damaged, wrong, or incomplete.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or eligible store credit.
